2021 is ON and it's time to spring into action! We're over those months of not running and letting our wellness be an after thought. It's time to take back our health with the Spring into Training 10k and half marathon training programs.

Have you run a 5k and now you're ready to step it up a notch? Are you a beginner looking for a big goal for 2021? Maybe you've taken the year off running and you're ready to give it another go. This is the PERFECT distance to get you moving.

 

Our 12 week 10k training comes with:

- sample meal plans specifically formulated for runners

- a 12 week running plan

- sample strength training workouts

- both in-person and virtual options
