Virtual Spring into Training Program

It's time to get training for those spring races! This option allows you to train from a virtual format. 


It’ll include:

  • A personalized 12 week training schedule based off your current running status

  • A sample meal plan to support your running

  • A list of running friendly foods to help you along your way

  • Weekly check-ins with me to discuss your training progress

  • Two weekly meetups if choosing the local option

  • Access to our private Running Wild Collective Facebook group for sisterhood, support, and encouragement 


The program runs from February 15th-May8th with goal races planned at the beginning of May.
