Local Spring into Training Program

It's time to get training for those spring races! This options allows you to train in-person in a COVID concious group format. 


It’ll include 

  • A personalized training schedule based off your current running status

  • A sample meal plan to support your running

  • A list of running friendly foods to help you along your way

  • Weekly check-ins with me to discuss your training progress

  • Two weekly meetups to run in a group setting in the Raleigh area

  • Access to our private Running Wild Collective Facebook group for sisterhood, support, and encouragement 


The program runs from February 15th-May8th with goal races planned at the beginning of May.
