Marla is a personal trainer and fitness guru. For years, she's worked with clients transforming their bodies through strength training, with a side of nutrition focus. She works to build her clients a consistent and sustainable fitness routine that will help them see and feel results in a timely fashion. Her mission is to help you exercise smarter, feel better, and live longer and we can get behind that! We've partnered with Marla for her fitness expertise and to help her clients get a better handle on their nutrition practices.
WE SAW A NEED FOR A COMBINED FOCUS ON FITNESS AND NUTRITION AND ARE HERE TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE PACKAGE IN A VIRTUAL FORMAT TO ADHERD TO THESE CRAZY CURRENT TIMES. THROUGH OUR 12-WEEK PROGRAM, WE'LL CONNECT THROUGH WEEKLY CHECK-INS, PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS, AND INDIVIDUAL NUTRITION COACHING. WE BELIEVE SUPPORT IS KEY AND WORKOUT BUDDIES ARE FUN SO WE'LL ALSO BE ADDING YOU TO OUR PRIVATE VIRTUAL COMMUNITY AND WILL HOST REGULAR GROUP CHECK-INS.
We begin with your complimentary fitness and nutrition assessment. You’ll fill out our wellness questionnaire where we’ll learn all about YOU.
From there we’ll come up with a plan specific to your needs and goals.
You’ll receive your personalized macro & nutrition plan, your structured fitness plan, and access to our private wellness community.
You’ll start tracking and will stay connected via weekly check-ins and training sessions.
